- put handbag in dust bag to keep its original shape and protect it from scratch and dust.
- temperature change, moisture, water, oil and friction may cause change in color or shape.
- if handbag is wet or tainted (by makeup or pen), do not dry it by sunlight or fire. Wipe it with dry towel and dehydrate immediately. Use of wet tissue or other chemicals including acetone may damage the leather or synthetic leather.
- all products may be tainted by things with dark color
- be careful on tweed or canvas so that it's not untied
- metal chain could be discolored from salt(sweat), water, or ethanol. please wipe it out immediately.
- clothes or hair could be damaged from chain or bead
- metal part is vulnerable to water and salt. please wipe it with dry towel after use.

- The delivery charges for returns or exchanges due to product flaws or wrong delivery are paid by the company.
Please contact MichelleLook customer service center for de livery reception for returns or exchanges. - In cases of returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the product must be returned intact in 7 days.
- Returns , exchanges , and refunds of Michelle Look products are processed after the confirmation of the company. It normally takes 5 to 20 days in average.
- Returns or exchanges are unavailable if more than 7 days passed after receiving the box, the tag is removed, the product is damaged , or you already got an exchange for a special deal product once.
